Yes — **Cloud Softphone** supports presence (availability status) in NetSapiens deployments. Cloud Softphone registers as a standard [SIP](/voip-glossary/sip/) endpoint against your NetSapiens platform and displays presence state where the server exposes it via SIP NOTIFY/SUBSCRIBE.

## How presence works in Cloud Softphone
