Requirements

To ensure Groundwire work effectively, the mobile device must meet certain hardware and software requirements:

  • A SIP account - SIP account from a VoIP service provider.
  • Operating system - Supports both Android and iOS devices, optimally with the latest OS versions. For information on the minimum supported OS, visit the OS Versions section on the Android and iOS pages at doc.acrobits.net/troubleshooting/index.html.
  • Internet connection.

Downloading and Installing

Download and install the Groundwire softphone app from Google Play or the App Store for VoIP calling on your mobile device.

Initial Setup

Grant permissions and add your first SIP account after installing the Groundwire VoIP app on Android or iOS.
