Enabling Messaging
Enable the SIMPLE protocol to send instant messages to others. If you have multiple SIP accounts, you can enable or disable the messaging function for each account as needed.
This section applies to SIP account that supports the SIMPLE protocol. The messaging function is disabled by default.

On the Main screen:
- Android devices - Select
> Settings > Accounts. - iOS devices - Select
> Accounts.
- Android devices - Select

On the Accounts screen, select the desired SIP account.

Select Advanced settings.

Enable SIMPLE under the Messaging section.
On iOS devices, the Messages tab is visible on the Main screen. Ensure the Composing notification and Delivery notifications settings below SIMPLE are disabled.

or Done to save the setting.
