Setting Notifications Tones

Change Groundwire notifications tone to different ones from the default setting.

On the Main screen, select > Settings > Preferences > Ringtone.
Select a new ringtone, and then select OK.
Select Notifications.
Select a new text tone, and then select OK.
(optional) Select Vibrate while ringing and then select an option as required.

Open the Keypad tab, select > Preferences > Ringtones.
Change the Ringtone, Text Tone, and On-Screen Text Tone as required.

Customizing Ringtones for SIP Accounts

If you have multiple SIP accounts, you can set different ringtones for each account.

To configure SIP accounts in the Accounts screen:
- Android devices - On the Main screen, select > Settings > Accounts.
- iOS devices - Open the Keypad tab, select > Accounts.
Select the desired SIP account.
Select Advanced Settings.
To set a ringtone for this SIP account:
- Android devices - Select Ringtone, select a new ringtone, and then select OK.
- iOS devices - Select Ringtones > Calls, and then select a new ringtone.
To set a notification tone for this SIP account:
- Android devices - Select Notifications, select a new ringtone, and then select OK.
- iOS devices - Select Ringtones > Text Tone, and then select a new ringtone.
Select or Done to save the setting.

Assign a different ringtone to certain contacts.
