Voicemail Settings

Users can use voicemail with Groundwire, but the voicemail features and services are provided by the SIP service provider.

Enabling Voicemail Button

Set to display the Voicemail button on the Keypad tab. Select this button to access your voicemail box.

1. To open the Controls setting:
   • Android devices - On the Main screen, select > Settings > Preferences > Controls.
   • iOS devices - Open the Keypad tab, select > Preferences > Controls.
2. Enable Always show voicemail button.

Setting Voicemail Number

Set the voicemail number of your SIP account. Once configured, the Voicemail button only displays on the Keypad tab when you have voicemail(s). Selecting the button connects you to your voicemail system.

1. To open the Accounts setting:
   • Android devices - Select > Settings > Accounts.
   • iOS devices - Select > Accounts.
2. On the Accounts screen, select the desired SIP account.
3. Select Advanced settings.
4. In the Voicemail number field, fill in the required number.
5. Select or Done to save the setting.
