Troubleshooting Logs
Troubleshooting logs are useful for Acrobits support team to investigate the technical issues Groundwire may encounter. When facing technical issues with the application, you may be requested to retrieve and send a copy of the log to the support team.
Enabling and Retrieving SIP Logs
SIP logging is not enabled by default. Once enabled, Groundwire generates and records the logs within the application.
To ensure the details of an error is recorded in the log, enable the SIP logging function before attempting to reproduce the error.
- To enable SIP logging:
- On the Main screen, select
> Settings > Preferences.
- Enable Troubleshooting log.
- To retrieve the log:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Select Logs.
- Select
> Share.
- Choose an app to send the log to Acrobits support team.
Select Save if you want to save a copy of the log file in your device.
- Select SEND.
- To enable SIP logging:
- Open the Keypad tab, select
> Preferences.
- Enable Troubleshooting Log.
- To retrieve the log:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Select SIP Log.
- Select Share.
- Choose an app to send the log to Acrobits support team.
- Select Send.
