Using Groundwire

Additional Dial Actions

By default, touch and hold the following keys to open more call options:

Call button on the Keypad tab
A quick dial on the Quickdial tab
An entry on the History tab.

The Auto Call and Video Call options may not be visible if the video call mode is disabled. To enable it, see the Setting the Video Call Mode section.
When the default Long Press setting is set to Show available options (for Android devices) or Show Options (for iOS devices) in Tap handling, these dial actions display. To make changes to the Long Press setting, see the Tap Actions Settings section.

Available Dial Actions

Auto Call - Makes a video call if the Start Video Automatically setting is enabled. Or else, tapping this option initiates an audio call.
Call - Makes an audio call.
Video Call - Makes a video call.
GSM Call - Makes a call using the cellular network.
Send a Message - Sends messages.
Copy Number - Adds the number to the clipboard.
