Using Groundwire
Fowarding Calls
The call forwarding function is useful if the user intends to answer all calls on another device. When this function is enabled, incoming calls are redirected to an alternate number specified by the user.
Enable the Call Forwarding setting in Preferences to use this function. Go to the Setting Call Forwarding Mode section for more information.
Forwarding an Incoming Call
- Select the Forward button on the incoming call screen. The application screen displays. Select CANCEL FORWARD to dismiss call forwarding.
- Select a contact to forward the call to:
- Select a contact from the Quickdial, History, Contacts, or Messages tab.
- Dial a number in the Keypad tab.
- Select the Call
button or a contact name.
The following video demonstrates how to enable the Forward button and manually forward a call to a contact in the History tab.
After enabling Call Forwarding and setting a designated phone number to receive forwarded calls, all incoming calls are automatically redirected to that number.
