Using Groundwire

Using Quick Dials

A tap on a quick dial places the call instantly.

Touch and hold a quick dial to open more call options. Go to the Additional Dial Actions section to learn how to use these functions.

Managing Quick Dials

Update the contacts in the Quickdial tab whenever necessary to communicate with your frequently called contacts efficiently.

To create a new quick dial:

In the Quickdial tab, select the Add + button.
On the blank quick dial form, fill in the title and phone number fields.
(Optional) Enable the Busy Lamp Field option.

Go to the Busy Lamp Field section for more information about BLF.

Select > Save.

To add an existing contact in the Quick Dials tab:

In the Quickdial tab, select the Add + button.
Select > Import contact.
Select an contact.
Select > Save.

To delete a quick dial:

In the Quickdial tab, select > Edit mode.
Select X on the quick dial icon.

To create a new quick dial:

In the Quickdial tab, select EDIT > + Add a new Quickdial entry.
On the blank quick dial form, fill in the title and phone number fields.
(Optional) Enable the Busy Lamp Field option.

Go to the Busy Lamp Field section for more information about BLF.

Select Save > DONE.

In the Quickdial tab, select EDIT > + Add a new Quickdial entry.
Select the Contacts icon.
Select an contact.
Tap the Mobile number.
Select Save > DONE.

To delete a quick dial:

In the Quickdial tab, select EDIT.
Select the icon on the quick dial.
Select Delete > DONE.
