Call Recording Options

On the Main screen, select > Settings > Preferences > Call recording.

• Show call recording button - Enable (default) or disable the Recording button on the active call screen.

• Record all calls - Enable or disable (default).

• Split participant channels - Enable or disable (default).

• Recording format - Set the format:

WAV µ-law (8 kHz) (default) WAV PCM16 (16 kHz)

• Ogg Opus (48 kHz).

Automatically delete recordings - Set a duration to keep the recordings in the application, so that old ones are deleted according to the schedule and do not take up space in the mobile device:

• Keep forever (default) After a week

• After two weeks

• After a month

• After two months

• After three months

• After six months.

Warning beep - Enable (default) or disable.

E-mail address field - Set an email address to share the recording.

Upload url field - Set an upload URL that includes the required parameters of the POST request to upload the recording.

Recording storage - Saves the recording files in the application or the device storage (default):

• Internal

• External (default).

Open the Keypad tab, select > Preferences > Call Recording.
