## What is a white-label softphone?
A white-label softphone is a pre-built [softphone](/voip-glossary/softphone/) application that a VoIP service provider can customize with their own branding — logo, colors, app name, and feature set — and publish to app stores under their own brand. The end user sees only the provider's identity, not the underlying platform vendor.
