What softswitches and SIP platforms are compatible with Cloud Softphone?
Cloud Softphone connects to standards-compliant SIP servers, including BroadSoft, Metaswitch, NetSapiens, 3CX, Asterisk, and FreeSWITCH. Because it registers like a normal SIP endpoint, many deployments require no custom integration. If your platform handles standard SIP registration and call signaling, Cloud Softphone is a strong compatibility candidate.
Which providers and platforms work with Groundwire?
Groundwire works with SIP-based VoIP providers and PBXs that expose SIP credentials. Supported providers include VoIP.ms, Twilio, Vonage Business, Telnyx, Bandwidth, and PhonePower; supported PBXs include 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Cisco BroadWorks, Zoom Phone, and NetSapiens. Closed consumer platforms such as RingCentral, Google Voice consumer accounts, Vonage Home, Hushed, TextNow, and OpenPhone do not expose SIP credentials, so they are not supported.
